William Anderson Wanted to sell my 1999 Ford Ranger, but first I needed to know how much it was worth, so I did the Kelly Blue Book value on line, and got an approximate number. Auto First, specifically Stephanie Y., contacted me and asked if I could bring it in and get a dealership inspection to make me an offer for it. Being cautious about dealers offering "less than valued" numbers, I was skeptical about how much they would value my "older, but low mileage Ranger". I was being "pressured" by two other dealers everyday via emails and texts, to do the same, but Stephanie was polite, and only asked if she could check in with me the following week. So I waited a week and finally took it to Auto First in Mechanicsburg. I was met by a courteous staff and a very clean dealership with a full lot of pre-owned cars and trucks. Stephanie was there to meet me and advised me that "Claire W." would be handling my KBB appraisal. Claire was "top shelf" courteous, professional, made me feel welcome, and that I was in the right place. She confirmed my low mileage Ranger, and had a "technician/specialist" evaluate and test drove my Ranger, while I waited in the dealership. I might add that while I was there, I was offered coffee/water by other staff members and they made sure that I was taken care of. So, after Claire and the technician discussed my Ranger, Claire came back with an offer that was 50% higher than my KBB on line offer. I was looking for a number and we negotiated a slightly higher number than her original offer. After signing the necessary paperwork, I want to thank Claire, Stephanie, and Auto First for the above and beyond customer service in buying my Ranger. I would recommend them, and won't hesitate to return. Side note, I live approximately 40+ miles from this dealership, passing many dealerships along the way, and in my opinion, it is worth the drive to see these folks! :)

I must say looking for what I wanted in a truck was exactly what Fred helped me get. Fred was absolutely helpful in every aspect of the process, no pushing or bothering, just aided me in the by showing me the prefect vehicle. With his partner Danny got me in the truck even with my bank being closed for the evening. Great people Fantastic service just an enjoyable experience

He was friendly, amicable, and exceptionally knowledgeable with my questions across several makes, models, and years. His laid back approach put no pressure on the buyer, and was able to easily help me find what I was looking for and discuss what ultimately may be my best options. Auto First is the best dealership I have went to. Other places that I have purchased a vehicle from try and stick you in a vehicle that you never really wanted in the first place. Mitch was the man that helped me get my car and he did an amazing job. I had a older vehicle to trade in that another dealership sold me that put me in negative equity. Mitch sat me down in his office and explained that he could help me get out of the situation I was in with the older car. I'm no genius when it comes to buying a car and he put things in terms I would understand. He also had patience with me when he needed to explain something again. He told me to bring in my old car, get the trade in value, and then look at vehicles in the price I would want. Mitch showed me an amazing new vehicle that was very close to my monthly payments that I was looking for, low miles, very clean, and the make and model I wanted coming into the dealership. He told me about a good warranty and Gap insurance on my new car. A nice lady I believe her name was Brittany helped with doing the paperwork. She also was very patient explaining what the paperwork is saying and what each paper was for. I also had help from another sales associate with changing the settings in my car from Spanish to English. It was a lot harder to do then I thought when you don't read a different language. I left the dealership the same day no co signer, with an amazing vehicle, happy attitude, and very positive experience. I would definitely recommend going to this dealership if you want the best and quickest car buying experience.
